Billing operates through a credit-based system. Users purchase credits, which can then be utilized to virtually stage photos. Each staging translates to X credits.
Is there a subscription option available?
No, currently, we do not offer a subscription option. All services are availed using the credits you purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?

What if I'm not satisfied with the staged photo? Do I still get charged?
We aim for your complete satisfaction. However, the charge is for the service of virtual staging, regardless of subjective preferences. If you are not satisfied with the photos, please email us at hi@cmdquery.com, and we will do our best to address your concerns and provide possible solutions or adjustments to better meet your expectations.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not! Transparency is key to our operations. The price you see is the price you pay. Any additional services or features will be clearly communicated and require your explicit consent.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, we do. While we always strive to ensure our users are satisfied with our service, we understand that issues can arise. If you purchase credits and have not used them for our services, they are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. However, once credits are used for virtual staging or any other service, we cannot refund them.
